TERMS OF SERVICE
Mahoneys Art offers a 100% money back guarantee if your order arrives damaged or looks very different from the chosen artwork in the website. Simply complete the required fields under our ‘Returns’ section.
If your order arrived as damaged or faulty, please report it as soon as possible or within 7 days of receiving your order. To report an order, please sign into your account, then select ‘Returns’ and complete the details required for a new dispute. Click here to sign in to your account. Proofs such as photographs or videos of the damage must be submitted to confirm the report, please email these to info@mahoneysart.com.au. Please do not throw away the original packaging because we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged item.
Once we approve your claim, our team will promptly organize the replacement item(s) at no additional cost.
If a refund is issued, we will process it through your original payment method. Please be aware that gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.
GENERAL REFUND, RETURN AND CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
We advise that you take extra care in choosing the artwork and size as we do not refund for change of mind or incorrect size choice.
If you want to make any changes to your order, please ensure that you make all necessary adjustments before placing and paying for the order. It may be challenging to make changes once the order has been placed and paid for.
Please choose carefully when purchasing as the below items are also not eligible for refund/return:
- Items bought as part of sales promotion.
- Items bought using a promotional code.
- Rolled prints that have been pre-framed by a third party.
- Custom size orders.
If you have a store credit, voucher or any promotional code that you wish you use, please redeem it at the checkout section. Please apply any type of discount at the checkout section before placing the order.
Please also note that our sales promotion period is only valid on the dates specified on our website. Credits cannot be extended or applied if your purchase occurs outside the specified promotional period(s).
PRINT AND PRODUCTION
We produce all Mahoneys Art artworks to order in our warehouse located in Australia, and it typically takes about 7-10 business days to create the artwork.
Mahoneys Art prints its artwork on mediums containing natural fibers, which may occasionally exhibit small lumps, minor imperfections, and slight color variations. These are natural characteristics of the product and should not be regarded as damage. We have made every effort to accurately depict the colors and images of our artworks in the store.
PLEASE NOTE: Stylised display artwork on our website are for illustrative purposes only, colours may differ in real life.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Looking for a different size for your space? We can certainly make custom sizes that is perfect for your space.
Send an email to info@mahoneysart.com.au with the artwork of your choice, your desired size and frame colour and we will send you a quote. Certain sizes may not be available for some artworks.
If you choose to place a custom size order, please be aware that custom orders are not eligible for any seasonal sales or discounts, and they are non-returnable.
SHIPPING
Shipping fees are calculated on a per product basis, you can view our Shipping estimation table here.
The shipping charge in this table includes full insurance for anything lost or damaged during in transit. To make a claim, simply fill in the forms provided under our ‘Returns’ area.
Deliveries to rural and regional locations areas may have higher shipping costs. We are happy to provide a shipping quote prior to placing an order.
Orders that requires international shipping may incur additional fees and charges. These charges may be applied after the purchase of the artworks.
Please note that shipping fees may change at any time without notice.
Deliveries occur Monday through Friday during normal business hours only.
Due to the size of the items you have purchased on this website, we can only deliver to a street address and the same for any return collections.
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
The artworks in Mahoneys art are of made to order basis so our production times vary between products, which means that some of the orders may take a longer time to create.
You may experience delays in the event of extreme weather conditions. If you need a print sooner than this, please contact us before placing your order.
We will not be able to ship to PO Boxes as our couriers require a street address for delivery.
If you wish for the courier to leave your order at the delivery address, please select ‘yes’ during the checkout process. Otherwise, indicate ‘no’. Please be aware that if you choose to have the courier leave the item at the delivery address, Mahoneys Art will not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen items.
If you opt to sign for your delivery but find yourself unable to do so on the day of delivery, your item will be transported to the nearest depot for your convenience. We will furnish you with tracking details when your order is dispatched.
If you request a redelivery, charges will apply for this transaction. Please contact us for information on re-delivery charges.
We have partnered with reliable warehouses and couriers to guarantee that we make your order, package it to the highest standards, and protect it during transit.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Mahoneys Art accepts secure payment with Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa), and also buy now pay later option with Afterpay. Payment is necessary before you can place an order. For international orders we accept payment by credit card only.

Once you have been an Afterpay customer for at least 6 weeks, your first payment for all orders under $500 will be due in 14 days, and you will pay the total amount within 8 weeks.
Your payment schedule will be emailed to you and Afterpay will send reminders when it is due for payment.
If you fail to make any of the payments, you will incur a late payment fee of $10, with a further $7 added 7 days later if the
account remains unpaid.

The promotional sales, promotional codes, and discounts are valid only for the advertised dates and times and cannot be extended unless otherwise specified. Discounts cannot be applied to orders placed outside of the advertised promotion period. If you have a discount code, you must apply the code at the checkout page. Please note that discount codes cannot be added after your order is placed and the confirmation is received.
All promotions are available to Australian residing customers only. Unless specified, all promotions are available to retail customers only.
You can only select one promotion at a time, and they cannot be combined with other promotions.
Promotions do not apply to shipping fees, GST, duties, or similar services, and they cannot be combined with gift vouchers. Promotional or Sale items are not eligible for ‘change of mind’ returns. Please choose your artworks carefully because once your order is placed, it is considered final, and no changes or cancellations can be made afterward.
For promotions requiring the purchase of one or more items to receive a discount on additional items, the discount will be applied at checkout to the item(s) with the lower price.
Products on sale are available only while stocks last.
Mahoneys Art may extend or terminate a promotion at any time.
