All of our products are custom made to suit your needs. For that reason, we won’t be able to change your order once it is already in our system.
We know you are excited to see your order. We make it easy for you to track your order. All you need to do is log in to your account here, and on your account screen you’ll be able to see a full record of orders placed in a section called MY ORDERS. Next to your order number, you’ll see a status of either PICK, PACK or DISPATCHED. To help make each status crystal clear, we’ve popped some more information about each of them down below.
PICK – We’ve received and forwarded your order to our production team.
PACK – We are now crafting your custom order here in our factory in Australia. Need more information about production time? Please visit How long my order will take?
DISPATCHED – Are you ready? Because your artwork is on its way to you! By this stage you should have now received an email with your tracking number.
Excited? We are too! That is why we make sure that you don’t wait too long to have your order. For our Art Prints these only takes 5-7days to produce, and our Canvas Prints takes 7-10 days to craft. You can also see the list of our shipping time frames at Shipping
We’re very sorry that you’ve received a damaged or faulty item! Please follow our easy dispute process below, so that we can arrange to have a refund or replacement processed as quickly as possible:
1. Login to your account
2. Navigate to the RESOLUTION CENTRE, and follow the steps to select the correct reason, and the relevant order number for the damaged/faulty item
3. Once you’ve lodged a dispute through your account, please send a photo of the damaged/faulty items, as well as the box it was delivered in, to us at info@mahoneysart.com.au – this will assist us in figuring out the cause for the fault or damage once we’ve received all of the necessary information, we’ll begin processing your replacement order straight away.
Yes we do! Gift vouchers are the perfect gift for someone who loves to choose their own Art Prints. We made these digital Gift Cards with no expiry date to use or redeem on our website.
