All the items are made-to-order. The framed wall arts are hand-made by our skilled framers in Melbourne. You will receive a notification email with tracking information when your order is on its way to you.
Production Time
All orders are made and dispatched from our Melbourne factory. Normally the orders will leave our warehouse in 5-7 business days.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Please refer to the table below for both the estimated time of arrival and shipping cost of all our range. Please bear in mind that due to occasional unforeseen minor delays with delivery services, you might want to allow up to 10 business days for your order to arrive. Also, please note that we cannot deliver your orders through PO Boxes.

As part of the launching promo, below shipping fees are waived. Yes you read that right, enjoy free shipping for all orders so get that art print you like.
NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
We only ship Unframed Prints with the flat rate of $20 per order (securely rolled up in a mailer tube). Please note: currently we do not ship framed prints or stretched framed canvases outside of Australia.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are charged at a flat rate of $30 per order of Unframed Prints (securely rolled up in a mailer tube which can accommodate up to 5 prints). Please note: currently we do not ship framed prints or stretched framed canvases outside of Australia.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
As soon as we dispatch your order, you will receive an email with the information of its current status. We’ve also made it easier for you to track your order with these few simple steps:
1. Check your email with the shipping confirmation from us. There you’ll see all the tracking info including who’s bringing your order at your door step.
2. Alternatively, you can log in to your account here and go to Your Orders section within your Mahoneys Art account.
