At Mahoneys Art, we place a strong emphasis on ensuring the careful delivery of our products, as described on our website. If you happen to receive a damaged or defective item, our dedicated team is here to assist you in obtaining either a replacement or a full refund.


Please note that you should contact us promptly within 24 hours of receiving the item at  info@mahoneysart.com.au.  To report the issue, kindly provide a description, along with corresponding photos of the problem and images of the packaging (the tube or box displaying the damage/issue). Ensure that you retain the original packaging, as we require it for the return process, so please avoid discarding it.


Once we approve your claim, we will send you a prepaid returns label and detailed return instructions via email.


Upon receiving the returned items within 7 days, we’ll refund you using your original payment method, denomination, and currency. We aim to ensure a seamless and trouble-free experience for our valued customers.
